The summer is starting to winddown quickly at this point!  For those of you that have not been out on the bike recently, remember that the cold weather is only a few months away.

Saturday looks like there will be beautiful weather for a ride.  Vermont seems to be calling for a ride.

The ride will be start at 9:00 AM with kickstands up at 9:30 AM from the Mobile Station at the intersection of Route 7 and the Northway at exit 6.  The address is 610 Troy Schenectady Road, Latham, NY 12110.

From the gas station we will go north on I87 to take the Route 7 crossover through Troy.  We will follow Route 7 into Vermont where it turns into Route 9.  Our first stop will be in Bennington VT.  From Bennington we will follow Vermont Route 9 into Wilmington for our next stop at the Mobile.  From Wilmington, we will continue with Vermont Route 100 south until Route 2 east.  We will stop in Shelburns Falls at the West End Pub which right next to the Bridge of Flowers.  After lunch we will continue on Shelburne Falls Road until we take Route 116 west to take Route 8A North back to Route 2 West.  We will continue on the Mohawk Trail until we reach the Cumberland Farms in North Adams, MA.  After the stop we will continue along Route 2 back to Latham.  We may or may not make an additional stop depending on how everyone is feeling.
